Refund policy

Quality/damage returns: within 14 days of delivery (photo+video within 7 business days of arrival). Free replacement or full refund; return shipping on us for confirmed defects.

Change-of-mind returns: only for unopened, unused items in original bubble bag and box, requested within 14 days. Customer pays return international shipping. Not applicable once the keycap has been removed from its sealed packaging or installed/tested.

EU/UK consumers: statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened items; opened/used ceramic keycaps are accepted only for damage/defect under this policy.

Final sale/custom/personalized/one-off pieces: no change-of-mind return, only quality issues.

DDP/duties: outbound shipping and import duties are prepaid and not deducted from quality/defect refunds.
