Free shipping

We offer free international shipping on all orders. The shipping cost is included in the product price and no additional shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address and select a shipping method. The estimated time shown at checkout is based on the selected carrier and destination and reflects our current shipping schedule. Please note that delivery estimates are for reference only and actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or remote addresses. A tracking number and delivery update will be sent by email when your order is dispatched.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Product prices and shipping fees do not include destination import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, GST, or sales tax unless those charges are shown separately at checkout.

Where applicable, sales tax, VAT, or GST may be calculated and collected at checkout according to your shipping country and our tax registration status.

Import duties and customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country. Unless a specific order shows duties as paid at checkout, all import duties, customs charges, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by local customs or the carrier before delivery.

Customs rules differ by country. It is the customer's responsibility to check applicable duties, taxes, thresholds, and import requirements before ordering.

Accurate declaration

All orders are declared with true product description and value. We do not mark orders as gifts or samples. Undervaluation requests cannot be accepted.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email after the order is dispatched.
